speed deviation with custom domain

Hello, trying to sending objects ( <= 100 MB) with custom domain. The download speed deviation is severe on the same device, COLO. (40 mb/s to 6 mb/s, HKG) I checked with several users and found that some users were very fast or slow even though COLO was different. (mostly HKG, KIX) Could this be caused by a setup problem? Can I get some advice?

Also checked Cf-Cache-Status Header, it shows HIT. But download speed deviation is severe on same device Some of the users who experienced a slowdown in which COLO was assigned to HKG had some improvements when connecting to KIX using WARP+.

It may be difficult to reproduce even in a public cloud environment because we cannot determine exactly what situation it occurs. I'll try and come back. Check it via linode hosts, It seems not occurs in public cloud. But some user still has deviation issues (40 mb/s to 6mb/s, COLO HKG)

I'm working in a same team with @minttea.. , and I tried in my AWS hosts located in Seoul region, We got deviation issue(2mb/s, COLO HKG) Also in Oracle Cloud hosts located in Chuncheon, Korea, also I found deviation issue but it seems like very bad 😦 (0.9mb/s, COLO LAX) In Azure that located in Seoul - I got 68mb/s, COLO ICN

Thanks for your reply. Yes, you're right. this happened when we use R2 custom domain with cache. Slow speeds occur both, but little bit different. If cache header is HIT, I got about 2~5mb/s. But If cache header is MISS or EXPIRED, I got <=1mb/s. We are still trying to change the Cache configuration, but It seems like still happening. + This problem does not occur at any time. Just several time - so We've try to replicate many times @frederik_b

There are additional information that can be helpful. The problem is occurring in both buckets created without giving location hint (APAC) to R2 buckets or without hint. Most of the users were assigned to NRT or HKG Colo, and the problematic users had a very delayed TTFB time and a very slow download speed. If you need the account information that has a problem, we can send you the information you need via DM or email.

These issues have been reported regardless of time. However, the speed seems to be excessively slow in the evening hours based on KST. @minttea.. will sent you our information as soon as possible.

Today, we opened service using R2. And several people got deviation issue. [Expected(Normal)] Maxinum Speed: 40MB/s Avarage Speed: 36MB/s [Unexpected] Maxinum Speed: 0.4MB/s Avarage Speed: 0.4MB/s

This issue is now happening most of users, not number of users..! we're still receiving complants from users. Is there any updates? We still getting complaints from our customers. @Frederik @Erisa | Support Engineer Sorry for mention but this issue is not solved for more than 1 month
