does riot even check tickets
i sent 2 tickets one of them is 4 days prior and havent been answered and now i sent one again 2 days ago and it still hasnt even been seen please help me out i got banned bc of a glitch and i cant play the beta with my friends its honestly so annoying

hello
okay so i am on ps5 and i keep getting banned for a glitch that causes me to not be able to move at all and i have to restart my game in order to actually be able to move again i have clips that i will be sending to any dev that wants to help me out ive already tried my luck on tickets but they have not been responding and have put me on hold i just wanna be able to play the game and have some fun with a couple buddies ive had this glitch happen twice in a row which caused me to get banned for a week normally i would wait the week but im scared that it might happen again please and please help me out i cant send the clips cause they are bigger than 100 mbps please reach out to me and fix my problem i honestly enjoy the game but glitches like this makes me wanna quit
