Role based access of resources

Hi, i am working on a Dance School project having multiple branches, Currently i have two type of users, First Administrator, who can manage all the things, Second users are branch admin, who can manage their own branch like Student management, Fee Management, Expense Management, Faculty Management. Can i use Multiple Panel, Tenants for this. Please Suggest me what is the best way to proceed with. Thanks

Relationship Issue

i have csv upload form , the function is to read the csv file and insert data in multiple table. i have three tables collections, sub_collections and manifests, manifest table contains collection_id and sub_collection_id and su_collections table contains collection_id every thing work perfect but the collection_id is not updated in sub_collections table

Sum of fee column in table footer

I have two tables students and student_fees , in student list page, i am showing student information with fee also, i use getTableContentFooter() to show the sum of fee column but it show 0.
