Failed to install mod with multibyte chars in filenames
I'm running SMM on Linux, and got a failure when installing [email protected]:
failed to install mods: failed to install [email protected]: could not extract CommunityBasicTracks: failed to write to file: /mnt/steamlibrary2/steamapps/common/Satisfactory/FactoryGame/Mods/CommunityBasicTracks/Blueprints/CBT 1 Curve 45� Left.sbp: open /mnt/steamlibrary2/steamapps/common/Satisfactory/FactoryGame/Mods/CommunityBasicTracks/Blueprints/CBT 1 Curve 45� Left.sbp: invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character

I'm guessing this filename is accepted on Windows with NTFS, but I have only tested on linux. Oh and my filesystem is ZFS, in case that turns out to be relevant. Debug zip is attached.
