My Valorant Account Was Hacked & Wrongfully Banned – Need Riot to Reconsider.
I have all proof for the fact that I own my Valorant account. Whether it is account creation data, purchase history, linked emails, to my last legitimate log in, all points towards ownership. Unfortunately, my account got hacked into, and my hacker used my account to commit wrongs, leading to an unjustified permanent ban.
I have already provided proof to Riot that my region was changed from Pakistan to Canada when I had no access to the account, which clearly indicates unauthorized use. Nevertheless, my appeals have been denied without proper reconsideration.
I am not asking for special treatment—merely a reasonable assessment of my case. I have never used any third-party program, and I should not be punished for something that I did not do. I simply want justice and my account back.
This experience has been far beyond frustrating, and I wouldn't want it on a thousand individuals. If there's anything that I can do to get Riot to reconsider, I'd be immensely grateful for any advice or assistance.
