My Valorant Account Was Hacked & Wrongfully Banned – Need Riot to Reconsider.
Hi all, I never imagined that I would be in this position, but I truly need assistance. My Valorant account was compromised, and after recovering it finally, I discovered that it was permanently banned for scripting—something I have never engaged in.
I immediately contacted Riot, telling them everything and offering evidence that my account was hacked. One of the largest red flags was that my account region was switched from Pakistan to Canada when I wasn't controlling it. That alone indicates that someone else was playing on my account, probably for cheating, but even with this, Riot won't reconsider the ban.
I totally get and agree with Riot's dedication to keeping the game fair, but I feel like I'm being penalized for something I had absolutely no influence over. I've been playing Valorant for years, always evenly, never employing any cheats or third-party programs, and now my account—something I've spent so much time, effort, and money on—is just gone.
I've done everything, and Riot's answer is that their ruling is final, so I have no means of defending myself anymore. I don't know what to do. If anyone has experienced something like this or knows how to take this further, please post. I just want a fair hearing and an opportunity to clear my name.
