Temp ban update
Thank you for waiting while we reviewed your case. I can see how this penalty was unexpected at a first glance.
Your account was temporarily banned for using cheats in Valorant. I was able to verify that the ban was correctly applied and the account did not seem to be stolen at the time, as much as shared. Please be aware that if we detect the use of cheats again, this account will be banned permanently.
For the sake of ensuring the validity of such detections in the future, we will not disclose what cheats were detected or when the detection happened.
The matter of the suspension has been fully addressed, which is why this ticket will now be closed. Any future tickets opened to dispute this ban in the future will be directed back to this one, just so you know.
