Temporary Suspension with no unsuspension date?
Hello everyone, just in advance thank you for your help. I recently got Temp suspended for I have no clue why, probably due to my internet shutting off for random periods of time, but there is no date to when i get unsuspended and ive made a ticket and only the bot responded so far. Just thought I would come here and get more help.

I have 3 possible ideas that I may have been temp suspended for, yesterday i was on the xbox since i had xbox gift cards and spent it on valorant and i didnt close the game so i was on my xbox and pc at the same time, number 2 is ive seen you can get temp banned for apps like valorant tracker, and number 3 my dc's because of my internet turning off at a certain time. I really have no idea what to do as I literally just spent 80$ on the game and I cant play right now.

and kept the game open on the xbox and played on the pc
so maybe they thought i was account sharing or something
