Is there any way to reduce ping and RTT spikes?
Whenever there is an enemy player near me my RTT spikes a lot. I also have really high ping. Is there a way to fix this other than ethernet & better internet?

Should I have high DPI and Low Sens or Low DPI and Higher Sens?

Is it allowed to make an account om a region you're not in using a VPN?
I live in LATAM region but I have friends in NA who want to play with me, is it allowed to make an account in NA using a VPN?
Alsoo if I were to do this if it's allowed could I make use premier even though my phone number is not a NA region
