Is it allowed to make an account om a region you're not in using a VPN?
I live in LATAM region but I have friends in NA who want to play with me, is it allowed to make an account in NA using a VPN?
Alsoo if I were to do this if it's allowed could I make use premier even though my phone number is not a NA region

Yeah, you can. The game doesn't ban you for that.
Your ping will likely be high though.
nah it's not that bad, only like 80, I'm used to playing games on 150 ping
