VALORANT FREEZING WINDOWS 11

I have already reinstalled Vanguard, deleted the Valorant config file, changed the location of Valorant (from HDD to SSD), set the game to launch in windowed mode in the config settings (it didn't work), and I still have the same problem where the game freezes when I launch it.

For people who have their FPS blocked following the last update, I contacted Riot to ask them how we solved this problem and they answered me by quoting me that I had to uninstall my nvidia drivers with an application, check if I had no virus while I said that I had already done that. So I told them that the problem came from them and they replied that if the problem came from Riot he would have received a lot of postponement
