works as provided: belt tool is selected, click hold on first object, drag over to second, release to create a belt, the first selected object will distribute all its rotational velocity and torque to the last object

the current one because of an issue that the dev doesnt know how to fix, it will only transfer 50% torque to allow it to function, which makes a mechanism i want to build impossible
