basically its a sandbox 2d game running in unity a specific tool functions as a serpentine belt, transferring rotational between two or more unanchored objects

the current one because of an issue that the dev doesnt know how to fix, it will only transfer 50% torque to allow it to function, which makes a mechanism i want to build impossible so i want to mod this tool to make it one-way and transfer all rotational power https://www.studiominus.nl/ppg-modding/

works as provided: belt tool is selected, click hold on first object, drag over to second, release to create a belt, the first selected object will distribute all its rotational velocity and torque to the last object
