valorant loading so SLOW when starting or when loading into a game after agent select#

valorant really slow when loading in game
whenever i start a match it takes like a whole round or atleast after the buy phase for me to load in
also whenever someone dodges, my game just freezes
and when picking an agent, the agent's select screen doesn't pop up
but whenever I load ingame, everything's fine, no lag, fps drop or anything
