valorant really slow when loading in game
whenever i start a match it takes like a whole round or atleast after the buy phase for me to load in
also whenever someone dodges, my game just freezes
and when picking an agent, the agent's select screen doesn't pop up
but whenever I load ingame, everything's fine, no lag, fps drop or anything

Load a training match and just sit around for a few minutes
Do sim training for a while
I have this same problem and it works for me
If it freezes I just switch tabs
This is an issue with files loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it.
Use
windows key + r than type "dfrgui" to check what type of drive you have.
