adding custom code to <head>....</head> to all the pages?

Hi , is there a way to add custom code like Google Analytics code to all the pages in Filament? Like adding code to the head html tag.

can I use filament without having the user being logged in?

We want to use filament UI outside a user session , it’s possible ? Using Pages ideally
