General question about full name vs first and last name
The default is to ask for the user's full name on the registration form. I understand there are steps to take to implement first and last name, but it seems to me that it would be more useful, in general, to have separate first and last name fields by default, since it's non-trivial to split name into first and last (think Billie Joe Armstrong vs Zack de la Rocha). What's the thinking behind the chosen method? (Or is this more of a Laravel question?)
