Randomly freezing
My laptop whenever I'm playing games randomly freezes I have to shut it down using the power button and restart it

bios update
I recently bought a new laptop and I wanted to play some games and it randomly crashes when I am playing counter strike two or valorant, it randomly freezes and I have to shut it down using the power rbutton and turn it on again, it works normally after but crashes again sometime, I figured the bios was outdated and it was, I don't know how to update it and I don't have a flash drive, what should i do?
