pc freezing
my laptop randomly freezes while playing valorant among a few other games, it freezes with no apparent reason, I've tried checking for viruses(i did a full scan and an offline scan), updating everything, did chkdsk, set to high performance, and checked for crashdumps
i was playing cs2 and it js freezes
it is a full system crash (the light on the capslock key doesn't work)
are there any solutions?

(i have to press and hold the power button for a few secs to shut it down forcefully)

Press alt then ctrl then delete u will see a screen with a few options on the bottom right there will be a power button thingy press it and options will come press shut down

it used to freeze on balanced so i switched to high, it'll still freeze if i go balanced

yeah, ever since it's freezing, i check for all updates and restart it before using (it still freezed today)

when i open valorant, my game starts to studder after 1-5 mins opening, also my pc studders screen freezes and mouse stops sometimes, and my wifi goes in and out, this only happens on valorant any other game is fine, it doesnt studdder when i restart my pc. I have tried using ddu, and restarted/reset my pc, also updated my bios, anyone know how to fix it?
