u might need to update your bios this same thing happened to me with fortnite and i updated my bios and it fixed it

yeah the screen tear happened to me with fortnite i needed a new display cable and about the fps the other guy is probably right but also make sure your cpu isnt overheating for some reason because those intels run super hot but valorant is a really easy game to run so idrk
