out of 50 elements of domain set 17 elements are restricted
so select 17 elements from {2,4,6,8...}, there is only 1 way that these 17 numbers can be distributed among 3, 9, 15, 21 , . . . (due to restriction)
now arrange rest 33 numbers
so ans = 50c17*33! = 50P33
