I’ve run into issues regarding UTF8 email addresses
Actually no! It is clear about the current settings, but still leaves room for the setting to be changed somewhere. It also leaves room for only some part of the address not being supported.

You do realize, that this is the error message generated by the Cloudflare SMTP server..?

Which minus? Also the - sign is acceptable in all email addresses. The address in question looks like: γειάσουκόσμε@example.com
