check here "https://docs.novu.co/api-reference/subscribers/update-subscriber-credentials" there is whole API description. There is endpoint to update subscriber crednetials where You can set up deviceTokens per provider (as enum) for dedicated subscriberId

Do you cache somehow subscriberId with email and if in "to" of body request is the same subscriberId then data for subscriber are from cache, so email also?
