Can't access my hosted apps anymore through VPN

Hello! Since about maybe a week, I wasn't able to access my app via the VPN I use for work. VPN is hosted on Hetzner. I wonder if this is a permanent change?

How do I kill everything inside the deployment when I remove it?

When I remove the deployment celery worker receives sigterm and waits for the current task to finish and I don't want that. I would like for worker to either receive sigkill instantly or just die.
