Delayed Chat
Hi there, on my event server I had about 120 people online, and the chat started to slow down, as in I sent a message and 2 minutes later it came up. This happened for everyone else and chat was just 2 minutes behind.
The server also kicked the whole server twice for "Chat Validation Failure" and we have now installed NoChatReports and set preview-chat to true. We aren't sure of what to do about the delayed chat yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Convert a normal MOTD to MiniMessage.
Hey I was wondering if there was a way to easily convert a normal spigot MOTD to minimessage to be used on velocity. Is there an easy way to do it?

Oracle Cloud Server still running?
Hi, I'm trying to setup the free minecraft server with Oracle cloud at the moment and I'm having a bit of trouble making an account but thats fine. I was wondering if the service they offer is still available to always free accounts?
