Packet Loss

My wifi is fine is general works well but when i play valorant my packet loss goes insane i go up to 3k-4k packet loss every game and i dont know why any advice on a fix?

False ban

i reached level 20 and after 5 minutes i got banned out of nowhere for third-party software which i was never using tried valorant support and they said they will investigate it and in 3-4 days they will tell me if they will lift my ban or not it has been 4 days and nothing what can i do??
