False ban
i reached level 20 and after 5 minutes i got banned out of nowhere for third-party software which i was never using tried valorant support and they said they will investigate it and in 3-4 days they will tell me if they will lift my ban or not it has been 4 days and nothing what can i do??

no i had a format on my pc 2 days before and had only opera gx discord and spotify on the mean time
before the format everything was fine worked just fine
and i also did the format bc my pc was running valorant on low fps from the amount of games i had on the pc from steam
just so say im new on valorant so dont know much
my friend told me she had a friend that had this happended on her too for no reason and it was because she got hacked but i dont think i got hacked
