Player Eligability
Would a player (account owner of an account that was cheated on) on an org be allowed to compete in official Riot Games Leagues/Events/Tournaments? Even if this person wasn't the original cheater, but was simply involved in a group with a single cheater who got other accounts banned as well? Player also admittedly shares accounts, and has since created an "alt" to continue playing the game, outside of his perma banned account. The reason for my question is to further build onto our supporting claims as to why we Suspended him from our Private League.
