Prisma Optimize Initialization Missing Database URL
Hello! Here is how I fixed it. 
new PrismaClient({
    datasources: {
      db: {
        url: process.env.DATABASE_URL,
      },
    },
  }).$extends(
    withOptimize({ apiKey: process.env.OPTIMIZE_API_KEY })
  );
new PrismaClient({
    datasources: {
      db: {
        url: process.env.DATABASE_URL,
      },
    },
  }).$extends(
    withOptimize({ apiKey: process.env.OPTIMIZE_API_KEY })
  );
Now I just need to figure out why migrations are taking 2 hours
