Well all the same plugins on 1.19.4 have no issues just on 1.20.1 paper

Only difference between the other SMP is plugin versions since thats on latest paper 1.19.4 and no Bluemap, TAB, and TabTPS

On Tcpshield it didn't have this issue of the spiking and also on the forge and fabric server also hosted on the same machine there is no spiking issues at all

Mainly EU players but also a few US players that also spike to 500+
