AllPolesHaveLights doesn't seem to have any effect.

Just what's on the label. First noticed no effect in multiplayer/windows dedicated server. Made a new SMM profile with only that mod enabled, applied the profile, and created a new solo save to ensure it was a clean test. Still no lights on poles. I don't see any configuration options in the client, nor the mod manager. Attached the debug output. Seems to load the shaders, which should be the visual change. Not sure what else I'd be looking for.
