The issue is persistent between fullscreen, windowed, and borderless windowed

the only time my cursor does not run off of the main monitor is when I am actively holding mouse 1 (obviously not a viable solution)

adding --force-grab-cursor to the game in the lutris game options "arguments" section with gamescope disabled also does not fix the issue

Mouse escapes main monitor sometimes while gaming

When enabling gamescope on fallout 4 via lutris (GOG) to fix this issue, It forces the launcher to go full screen and after clicking play within the launcher, It simply refuses to launch the game.
