I'm playing on high ping (constant 170 because of server), that should have been a kill right?

Trying to rank up with ping
Hey so i play on a different region to be able to queue with my friends, but that causes me to have constantly 170 ping. I don't have any rollbacks but there is a delay. I have been hardstuck bronze for a year, and I was wondering if it is even possible to get to gold-plat with that ping. Here is a very small clip showing the delay

Tips for 160 ping
Hey, I play on a different server in order to play with my friends, and I have 160 ping. There's no rollback or anything, but of course there is a delay. How should I adapt my playstyle? Is it useless to hold angles or can I still do it?

Friends on different regions
Hey, I'd like to know if it's possible to play with friends that are on a different region if they are hosting the party. I know I'll be on their servers and therefore have high ping, but I want to know if it's possible

Region
Hello, my game is set to a different region in order to play with my friends. I have a constant 160 ping and no roll-back on my agent, but kills have a little delay. I was wondering if it is still possible for me to progress with a ping like that, because I've been playing for more than a year and I am still bronze.
