I had perfect ping and now im spiking ping to 200 every few seconds

Packetloss
I keep stuttering/lagging back because of packetloss it makes me lose alot of gunfights but for some reason its only on valorant and I dont know why.

When I play valorant like teleport side to side or like teleport foward and stop shooting sometimes or like my shots go slower but my ping is always 30-40
