abnormal ping on val

ping is usually 16 on oregon, is now at 70 and other servers 100+ not my issue nor provider, only happends in valorant

valorant black screen with cursor

my val has a black screen with cursor when I login, doesn't show up on alt accounts. When I load in it just plays the loading into game sfx and then goes into a black screen. Occurred when match found deathmatch

Freezing

so sometimes, my game would randomly freeze either in agent select, match found or mid game. After that, I would press windows to like exit (full screen) and it tabs out, but then valorant stays open in wtvr screen I had last and I can't do anything, I try to walk or shoot and it doesn't, I try to press things in windows and it doesn't work, I have to restart to keep playing. Any fix?
