game stuttering
so my games been like lagging or smth recently, it just freezes for a split second and comes back during finishers or mid game when shooting

note it gets slightly better when I set the priority to high on both instances
and also gets better when I set mouse rate to 500 and raw input on
but it's still enough to effect me midgame
