Homarr-labs is 1.x.x
If you are hesitant I'd recommend running both containers until you are happy qith migration.

I'm only aware of being able to start and stop docker containers.
If you have another solution you can put it on your dashboard with an iframe.

Which version are you on? 1.0 should allow multiple instances so long as the are configured in integrations.
Which widget specifically are you referring too? Most should allow you to select multiple sources.

Multiple Proxmox Servers (unclustered) in Widget
I can't think of a way to do it natively, but I can think of two other options:
1. Set up two boards so each board shows a different proxmox widget.
2. Set up a board with just a singular widget of a single proxmox server, than put it into another board using an iframe.

You can create a new board or duplicate an existing one so it is saved under a different name.
This may resolve the save issue.

Configurable Authentication Interval for Jellyfin Dashboard Widget?
There is currently no way to adjust the authentication frequency current (may change in V1.0??)
However, you can create a jellyfin user that's only job is for Homarr integration (it doesn't need any permissions). This will at least make filtering the logs easier.
Homarr also only connects when the widget is open/being viewed. So if no one has a board with the JF integration open, it won't ping all the time.
