start.bat question
I currently use java -Xms10G -Xmx10G -jar paper.jar --nogui but i saw some use @echo off and PAUSE what do these do and are they helpful?

Minecraft Paper Server Question
What's the point of making a start.bat is there some sort of performance gain on starting a server from it and not from paper.jar?
Any sort of help is appreciated
