when you unlock an agent, how do you access both their chapter rewards?
at the start of the game did you unlock those agents with the 2 free ones

its just 10 tiers but they seperate it into 2 "chapters", you need the previous tier to buy the next one, you can buy multiple tiers at once if the cost is low enough

raw accel is not bannable, its viability and whether you should use it is much more complicated but if you get banned it is a guaranteed false flag (proof: "Before RawAccel came out, we contacted FaceIt and Riot to coordinate with them and make sure that the software was not going to be a concern for anticheat. Both teams gave it the go-ahead and said they would let us know if they find any issues. [...]" -KovaaK)

the only time you could lose progress would be needing to make an account in a new region (ex. NA > EU), but even then you can open a riot support ticket to change your accs region

premier uses mmr rather than rr, so a bronze who plays with the skill of a plat will be recognized as a plat by premier despite bronze in rank

you can kind of guess what competitive rank corresponds to premier rank but there's no way to know for certain

premier has a different ranking system than competitive, you can add someone to your premier team mid-season as long as adding that player wouldn't cause your team to "rank up" or "derank" in terms of premier rank

what do radiants mean by shooting slower
you are most likely not going to play against people who will consistently tap you until like immo2+, and if you do then it's your movement, you shouldn't worry abt shooting first for a while, fsa is much more important
