Missing all non-hatcher enemies!

Since installing a small number of 1.0-compatible mods, all Spitters, Hogs, and Stingers are now missing in my game world. Is anyone else having this issue? Here are the mods I installed: Fast Craft Bench, Worker Doggo, Crash Site Vanisher, and Buildable Power Shard (all by @Andre Aquila <Aquila Industrial> )
