I was to have a dialog automatically show up over my hero section (i.e. announcement).
when you go to a website and a dialog floats in "Limited time offer" what's that behaviour called?

How to target a <select> 'placeholder'
thanks. that worked. select options all the placeholder color, then all but the first a normal select text color.

nice catch. but that was a copy-paste error. I do have formselect defined in the select class= (further update. I went to edit and it was formselect but displays formselect ????
