I got banned
I got perm banned i couldnt even play before due to my security boot verification failure and as soon as i make a new account and play like 2-4 games i get banned for no reason apparently i was using 3rd party softwares which i didnt. and i didnt even have overwolf on or other things

everytime i start up valorant it says Van: restriction secure boot verification failure but when i start up valorant on my alt account it works but not on my main

Can I try to get a refund on my skins in valorant even if its permanently suspended?
I was playing in a computer shop with friends then all of a sudden after the game my account suddenly got suspended, I think someone got the PC I was using hwid banned that's why I got banned and I already appealed but they denied it unfortunately. And here I am wondering if it's possible to refund my skins or atleast transfer the skins to a new account
