i think my tickets keep getting deleted i just submitted two tickets earlier and after a bit they just dissapear can anyone help me

i got my account compromised and i was trying to recover it but my tickets keep getting deleted or something
i cant even submit a ticket without it getting deleted 5 mins later i just wanna get my account back
