Sweaters for business/smart casual
I will be needing some sweaters to wear over my OCBD shirts at work this fall/winter. I have mostly been looking at LLBean, I'm trying to find some decent ones under $100.
What are some good brands in that price range? Also what colors or styles should I go for? Light or darker colors, crew- neck or v-neck with an OCBD?

Any way to shrink leather shoe heel?
So I got a pair of Meermin Oxfords that at first were very stiff. I did not know that is totally normal, so I tried to stretch them out (I know I am stupid and have learned my lesson). Now after they are worn in, they are a bit loose in the heels and ankles. I already added those little heel pads that you put on the back inside (I can take them out w/o damaging), but would still like for them to fit properly without them. I cannot return them at this point so I am trying to fix them somehow because I really do like them.
I have read that you can spray water on the spot you want to shrink and use a hair dryer, afterwards applying conditioner to repair the leather. But I am worried that could damage them and also probably not even work.
Is this something a shoe repair shop could handle? Has anyone had experience shrinking leather?

Untucked shirts
So I got an untucked shirt that I thought fit okay, at least standing. But now sitting down it can easily show my stomach when moving around. I'm going to return this one regardless because it rides up too easily, but what are the rules for untucked oxfords? Are they supposed to be worn with an undershirt? Or are they okay on their own, as long as they fit well?

Polos/casual shirts tucked or untucked for business/smart casual?
I just started working in an office after being remote and got some polos and casual shirts for variety. They fit alright but they are meant to be worn untucked. I think I would like the look for polos tucked in slightly better w/ a good belt and chinos, but for casual shirts I think untucked would still be okay for business casual. Any takes?

Need some chinos pretty fast
Budget is around $60, I have already ordered a pair from J Crew Factory that is coming this week. But need a couple more in gray and khaki. Not sure if the J Crew Factory is any good, are there any other cheaper brands that are better? Uniqlo has nothing in stock and they do not fit me great
