what aim routines do you recommend?
so i recently realised, that my gamesense and planning is ok, but 90% of my plans fail due to my aim. for example, i predicted what obe of my opponents would do based on utility they had but i died and lost us the round because my aim is dog, i might struggle with aiming at the head of a standing player, or even someone thats unaware im behind them, not to mention that my tracking also sucks. i used nats aim routine for a bit but then i started using raw accel which ruined my muscle memory, but now i got used to my previous sens i was training on. besides nats aim routine, i heard that the ethos aimlab routine is also pretty good, but idk if thats what i need. so,what routine do i use? it can take time, all i want is the aim

aiming method
on yt, i heard a tip that u should focus on ur enemy rather than on ur crosshair, what makes u aim better, i realised that when i do training bots (x100 not strafing) i randomly start aiming that way, just looking where the bots are and aiming at them and hitting shots without looking at my crosshair most of the time, maybe i just feel like i do it, but i hopped into a ranked game and got 2 4k's and one ace, in one of the 4k's i failed with the kill, the other one my teammate stole the last kill. ended up 30/13 but lost due to the team, so do i aim looking at my crosshair and trying to place it on their heads, or do i look at them and use the method i mentioned?

sensitivity
so i recently started using raw accel, but i realised that that its not changing my aim, so i decided to train my aim which requires me to change back to my previous sens bc of how raw accel works, but the problem is, that i used raw accel with very low sens, and my preiovus sens feels hella high, and i dont know how to get used to it again, any help?

game crashing
so, when i launch the game it crashes randomly a few
minutes if not seconds after i opened it. i randomly figured out that it doesn't happen if i launch it as administrator, but typing in the password every time i launch is pretty annoying, how do i fix it?

beginner help
does anybody have some tips on how to be ready for ur enemy to come? im struggling with expecting if my enemy is hiding in a corner im about to cross, and where/when should i expect it, rushing in safely when i spot an enemy and i know exactly where they are, and deciding which side do i turn at when there are two places with high chance of an enemy waiting there to take me down. yes, i know this is an essay but im struggling pretty hard
