I cap mine at 60. It's consistently around 40-50 but when heavy utility usage or heavy gunfire CPU time spikes and frames crash to single digit

CPU TIME SPIKING and FPS CRASHING when numerous utility or gunfire occurs
Stabilises after like 15 rounds with less spikes
