but i dont know why my valorant is so lag
my fps is 30
i already close all the stuff i can (Ex: steam)

I cap mine at 60. It's consistently around 40-50 but when heavy utility usage or heavy gunfire CPU time spikes and frames crash to single digit

Don't know if this would fix but this fixed for me. My problem was just overheating. You could either buy a cheap laptop cooler on amazon for as low as 10 USD or just use simple playdough boxes (or something else) to elevate your laptop.

i cant tell whats the issue if u dont give enough info
and u have a i7 10th gen u series(low power, mobile), its far away from the 10700k
the 10700k is going to provide u like 300-400 fps if ur gpu can keep up
