Command "npx tailwindcss init -p" from StorefrontUI doc doesn't work

I tried to install StorefrontUI by this instruction
https://docs.storefrontui.io/v2/getting-started/vue
command
npx tailwindcss init -p
show error:
error could not determine executable to run
How install and make new projects?
