Cant install SMM3, Used SMM2 , however uninstall is failing due to missing drive.

Cant install SMM3, Used SMM2 , however uninstall is failing due to missing drive.
Installed the app successfully, then uninstalled. Tried to install SMM3 and it throws the same error about the missing drive from the old one.
Is there a file or registry to edit /remove?
