Hey, Ive already tried doing a ticket and the password reset didnt that it sent didnt change anything, is there anything else I can do? Thanks for your help!

My account is locked and I submitted a ticket and it just gave me a password reset. I changed my password and its still locked. I was wondering if someone can help me because the support tickets aren't working for me.
